Since his entry into the university STAPS course David has been involved each year with a mixed clientele of children in CM2 and 4th grade, athletes aged 17-19 years, adults and senior citizens. While he was at university he was involved in a mass of sports activities, basketball, physical expression, climbing, football, wrestling, athletic, VTT, orientation, French boxing, etc. At the beginning of his sports coaching over three years ago David offered his knowledge of training and diet to his friends and the members of various gyms he attended. He thus achieved a complete and integrated sports and nutritional programme with continuous checks on the equation between the demands of his client and the quality of the programme he provided, but also allowing for the programme to evolve. |

David has several diplomas in physical preparation and sports training (see below), but his aim is to go beyond the academic requirements so as to respond to his own need for knowledge of sports and nutrition. He works with scientists involved in sports training (physioneuro and biomechanic scientists) and medico-dietary experts. David collaborates with and frequently exchanges ideas with the latter so as to be able to offer you the best and most effective work methods. To make sure all this knowledge is effective on the ground David associates with high-level bodybuilders during his bodybuilding and athletic training sessions. These top-class athletes confirm the importance of diet in achieving sports objectives, whether it be for performance or looks. |

David has been passionately involved in sport since his childhood and has personally practised many sports such as roller blades, swimming and cycling for his own enjoyment and fulfilment as well as during his university education in the Science and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities (STAPS). David has been practising bodybuilding now for four years. For him this is a personal challenge, he determines his objectives and puts the appropriate planned training and diet methodology in place to achieve them. His goals are mainly aesthetic because he both he pays attention to the body and also seeks to reach an optimal physical and mental form on a daily basis. Parallel to this David is exploring some varied objectives, seeking wellbeing in physical performance with maximum strength, explosivity, strength endurance using body weight and development of VMA. One of his rules is never to make others do what he has not first tried on himself, which is why David tests on himself all the techniques and methods of bodybuilding as well as the nutritional advice which he will give you.
