His university course has made him a real specialist in the body and its functions. “I had not done any exercise for over a year. I was putting on weight and I thought that at my age I could not lose it any more and that it was impossible for me to get fit. My initial objectives were to shape my contours, to get back into sport because I used to play football, but also to de-compress after work.
